Incoming Exchange Students

Endicott College proudly hosts exchange students each year from around the world, from the five institutions listed below. Students can study for either one semester or one year as part the university partnership program. Endicott College Health Form 2024-2025 (fillable).pdf for what is required. All medical records must be translated into English prior to submission to the Wellness Center. If you have any medical related questions, please contact the Wellness Center directly at wellness@endicott.edu

Minimum Language Requirements for Non-Native English Speakers
At Endicott, the college requires a minimum TOEFL score of 79, IELTS score of 6.0, or Duolingo score of 105 to ensure the academic success of each exchange student.

Health Insurance
All exchange students are required to purchase the Endicott College Health Insurance policy plan---this cannot be waived. If you are part of the Global UGRAD program with either World Learning or Global UGRAD Pakistan your health insurance will come directly from the US State Department --- World Learning and Global UGRAD Pakistan will send your health insurance information directly to you.

Meal Plan
All exchange students are required to have the Max Meal Plan (19 meal swipes per week, 10 guest swipes, and $100 flex dollars per semester that may be used on or off-campus at local vendors). Endicott College has one main dining hall (buffet style - all you can eat!), and several other smaller food vendor options on campus such as Starbucks, Einstein's Cafe, the Lodge, and EATs.

Housing
Exchange students are placed directly on-campus in Residential Living
dormitories based on their age and assigned gender in their passport. Endicott has Traditional Residence Halls, Suite-Style Residence, and Houses on-campus. Depending on the assigned room, students will either have a private bathroom directly in their living assignment or will be placed in a residence hall that has communal style bathrooms. Communal style bathrooms are gender specific. Most exchange students will be placed in either doubles, triples or quads. Single rooms are currently unavailable to exchange students unless there is a medical documentation that is approved by the Center for Accessibility Services team at Endicott College.
