Emergencies

In any emergency situation, please contact your on-site coordinator and/or the local emergency number immediately! Do not try to contact home first. It is imperative that you contact your on-site contacts first, as they are best equipped to help you in an emergency. Endicott College Public Safety and the Dean of International Education, Warren Jaferian, will be contacted by the host institution, and all necessary steps will be taken to contact parents, the student, and on-site coordinators.

AFTER-HOURS ASSISTANCE

Should you need to contact the Office of International Education after regular business hours, Endicott College Public Safety dispatchers will contact the Dean of International Education, Warren Jaferian, for further assistance. Endicott Public Safety can be reached at the following number: +1.978.232.2222

Please provide a telephone number for a call-back and as much detail as possible about the emergency. In the event of a student emergency, political crisis, or natural disaster, Endicott's International Education staff will be in close contact with affected students, on-site directors, parents/guardians, medical and insurance providers, and/or US Embassies and Consulates, as necessary.

The U.S. Department of State- Bureau of Consular Affairs provides resources and assistance to U.S. citizens before and while they are abroad. We encourage students and their families to learn about the resources available, which range from information pertaining to the host country abroad to reporting a lost or stolen passport to a medical emergency abroad.
Consular personnel are available 24/7 at embassies and consulates abroad, and can be reached at the following phone numbers:
