Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY FOR SEMESTER PROGRAMS

Students who withdraw prior to departure will forfeit any non-recoverable costs incurred in connection with enrollment in the program in addition to the $500 study abroad fee. Students who withdraw after arrival will forfeit Endicott tuition per Endicott’s policy, plus any additional non-recoverable costs incurred in connection with enrollment in the program. This is Endicott's policy and supersedes any policies put forth by host institutions.

REFUND POLICY FOR FACULTY-LED PROGRAMS

By submitting an application and making payment per the schedule provided by the Office of International Education, students commit to participate if accepted. Most expenditures from faculty-led programs become unrecoverable soon after participants have paid the initial $500 deposit, and certainly following the remaining payments. If a student should choose to withdraw from the program at any time after making their deposit, he or she will not receive a refund. Endicott course refund policies do not apply to faculty-led programs.
